Delivery Timeframe
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3–4 days.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- ₹99 shipping charge for orders below ₹999
- COD orders may include an additional ₹50 handling fee
Coverage
We ship PAN India — to all states, cities, and towns. International shipping is currently not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9081441999) and we will investigate immediately.
Exchange Policy (No Returns)

No Returns or Refunds
At Adora Boutique, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products. However, we want you to love what you wear! We are happy to assist you with exchanges in case of size issues, color preferences, or defective items.
Exchange Window
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during clearance sales, discounts, or using promotional coupons
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Gift packages or customized/altered items
How to Initiate an Exchange
Please WhatsApp us at +91 9081441999 with your order number, details of the item you want to exchange, and photos of the product. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the exchange process within 24 hours.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We will review and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you. No refunds will be issued.
